At 50, Anupama embraced a new chapter as an art therapist, bringing a deep understanding of the healing power of creative expression. Her mission is to ignite joy, connection, and personal growth through inclusive, stigma-free art experiences. From seasoned artists to curious beginners, she welcomes all into a space where art becomes a pathway to emotional well-being.
As a coach and trainer, she designs team-building and mindfulness workshops that blend storytelling with art to nurture empathy, collaboration, and resilience. Her evidence-based workshops require no artistic background and offer practical tools to manage stress, build coping skills, and support social-emotional growth in both children and adults.
