Sudeep Sebastian is a highly accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in corporate training, journalism, marketing, and digital media strategy. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles, including corporate trainer, business coach, storyteller, educational consultant, and actor. His expertise has been sought by numerous organizations, including ING Vysya Bank, Mahindra Finance, MetLife, IFFCO-Tokio, and Birla Sunlife in the BFSI sector. He has delivered over 17,000 hours of training across 6,000 programs, both in India and internationally. Sudeep has also worked with diverse industries such as retail, IT, healthcare, hospitality, and government bodies, including MSME and Kerala Police. As a trusted image consultant, he has advised politicians, celebrities, corporate leaders, and organizations on personal branding and presentation.
In addition to his training career, Sudeep has made significant contributions to the entertainment and media industries. His acting portfolio includes roles in films and web series like CBI-5, Freedom Fight, and Michel’s Coffee Shop. Sudeep holds multiple advanced degrees, including a postgraduate degree in Journalism & Communication and Psychology, as well as certifications in NLP, Digital Marketing, and Learning & Development.
