VinodKumar Damodaran is a trainer and groomer who consult for several management institutes and private corporations. He brings more than twenty years’ experience in training, business development and customer relationship management (CRM). He is currently a trainer for the ASAP project, Government of Kerala ,Thiruvanathapuram Development Authority(TRIDA), Hindustan Latex Management Academy, Akshaya project of State Government etc. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has retained his services as part of implementing their TOT project for CCTNS, a national initiative for police departments. He is empanelled by CDAC to train their senior managers across India, by IIITMK to train officers of Government secretariat, and by CMD to train the senior managers of Kerala PSU’s. He has also served as a master trainer for REACH (A division of KSWDC- Government of Kerala)

Vinod’s core proficiencies are conceiving, formulating and imparting training in the utilization of new systems for improving business growth. He has expertise in soft skill training, human skill development and business skill coaching. He also draws on his extensive corporate experience to analyze business needs and design key solutions that meet client goals. He has a proven track record in providing efficient action plans for several businesses as a planner and strategist.

As the training manager for ING, Vinod was known for establishing sound training programmes from scratch and improving training processes and procedures. He has also associated with major organizations like HDFC Life, Indusind Bank, Modi-Xerox, Sterling Holidays, and Hill Country Holidays.

Along with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management and a Diploma in General Management. He has attended several skill development programmes within India and also in Turkey, Australia, UK, Singapore, and the Middle East.
